Welcome to QT Kart! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Customer", "you") and QT Kart ("we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the QT Kart online shopping platform, including browsing, purchasing, selling (if applicable), and all related services. By accessing, registering, or using QT Kart in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using QT Kart.

These Terms constitute an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2002. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures. Please read these Terms carefully before accessing and/or using the Platform, availing any Service on the Platform, or purchasing any Products on the Platform.

• Account: A registered user profile created to access certain features of QT Kart.
• Customer/User: Any individual or entity accessing or using the Platform.
• Products: Goods listed for sale on QT Kart.
• Order: A request by a Customer to purchase Products through the Platform.
• Third-Party Sellers (if applicable): Independent vendors selling Products via QT Kart.

• You must be at least 18 years of age or have legal parental/guardian consent to use QT Kart.
• You confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under applicable laws.
• QT Kart reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.

• Creating an account may be required to place orders or access certain features.
• You agree to provide true, accurate, and complete information during registration.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out through your account will be deemed as conducted by you.
• QT Kart shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access due to your negligence.

We at QT Kart make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, sizes, colors, and images are accurate. Slight variations in color, fabric texture, embroidery, print placement, or fit may occur due to:

• Digital screen differences
• Natural variations in fabrics and handwork

These variations will not be considered defects. All products are sold subject to availability. In case an ordered product is unavailable after purchase, we will notify you within 48 hours and process a refund or suggest a replacement.

• Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change at our discretion without prior notice.
• Full payment must be received before dispatch of products.
• Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, UPI, wallets, and net banking through secure gateways.
• QT Kart is not responsible for delays or issues arising due to payment gateway errors.

Once an order is placed, you will receive an acknowledgment email/SMS. Order acceptance and contract between customer and QT Kart is confirmed only upon dispatch of products. We reserve the right to refuse/cancel orders due to:

• Stock unavailability
• Pricing errors
• Fraudulent/suspicious transactions

In case of order cancellation after payment, refunds will be processed as per our Refund Policy.

• Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
• Dispatch time: 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.
• Estimated delivery: 5–10 business days depending on location.
• Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate addresses and contact details.
• We are not liable for delays due to courier service disruptions, natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events.

You agree not to:

• Use QT Kart for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Post false, misleading, or defamatory content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or its systems.
• Disrupt or interfere with Platform security or operations.

Users may submit reviews, ratings, or feedback. By submitting content, you grant QT Kart a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display such content. QT Kart reserves the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or misleading.

All intellectual property on QT Kart, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and software, is owned by or licensed to QT Kart. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays or damages caused by third-party courier partners.
• Slight differences in product color/texture.
• Misuse or improper handling of products by the customer.

Our maximum liability, under any circumstances, will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
