Returns & Exchange Policy

At QT Kart, we aim to provide high-quality products and a seamless shopping experience. Please review this Returns & Exchange Policy carefully before placing an order, as certain products are subject to strict eligibility conditions.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
QT Kart accepts return or exchange requests only under the circumstances mentioned below. Requests not meeting these criteria will not be considered.
2. Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective:
- You must notify us within 12 hours of delivery.
- Please email qtkart2026@gmail.com with:
- Clear photos and/or videos of the damaged or defective product
- Images of the outer courier packaging and box
- Copy of the invoice and complete order details

Important: Requests raised after 12 hours from the time of delivery will not be accepted.
3. Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product different from what you ordered:
- Notify us within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Email qtkart2026@gmail.com with:
- Clear image(s) of the product received
- Invoice copy
- Order number and product details
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Products
The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable:
- Pre-ordered, customized, or altered products
- Products with falls, picos, or stitched blouses
- Lehengas and gowns
- Products with minor color, fabric, embroidery, or detailing variations
- Orders delayed due to holidays, strikes, or courier issues
5. Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible:
- Products must be purchased only through QT Kart’s official website or app
- Products must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Products must be free from stains, odors, or damage
- Original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
Returned products remain the customer’s responsibility until received by QT Kart. All return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. For international returns, any applicable duties, taxes, or charges are also the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product and notify you of approval or decline.
6. Credit Note Policy
If approved:
- A Credit Note equivalent to the product value will be issued
- Credit Note will be sent to your registered email
- Credit Notes can be redeemed per terms specified in the email
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
7. How to Raise a Return or Exchange Request
To initiate a return or exchange, please use the site or app. Once approved, QT Kart will provide next steps with the shipping partner. Do not ship any item without prior confirmation.
8. Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order only before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation isn’t possible, though you can return per return policy. To cancel:
- Go to Account → My Order → Cancel
Refund process will be initiated within 24 hours after cancellation.
9. Rights Reserved
✨ QT Kart reserves the right to approve or reject any return or exchange request based on inspection, policy compliance, and internal standards. The decision of QT Kart shall be final and binding.
